The Ontario Racing Commission (ORC) released its rulings in regard to separate appeals from licensees Robert Shepherd, Kevin Tremblay, and Mark Winacott on Friday, May 24.
The ORC Panel denied Robert Shepherd's appeal against Ruling Number SB 45049. To read an official copy of the ORC ruling, click here.
