Officials with Running Aces Casino & Racetrack have announced that the simulcast section of the facility’s floor plan has been reinvented in time for the upcoming season of live harness racing at the track, which will get underway on June 6.

With over 20 new high-definition televisions and two picture-perfect 80-inch feature screens, the state-of-the-art simulcast facility offers a perfect view of the finish line at Running Aces’ own track.

“This move has not only allowed us to exponentially improve our guests’ simulcast experience; it has also freed up space to break ground for a new restaurant at Running Aces, and given us the opportunity to provide four-star service to our customers there as well,” said Taro Ito, the president and CEO of Running Aces Casino & Racetrack. “It’s truly a win-win for everyone!”

Running Aces offers year-round simulcast wagering on Standardbred, Thoroughbred, and Quarter Horse racing, opening daily at 11 a.m. On days when the first race is after 2 p.m., the simulcast area opens at noon.

With personal TVs and betting screens, improved lighting, and outlets for phones, tablets, and PCs at every seat, the fresh simulcast section will be a sure draw for longtime customers and brand new ones.

On May 2, the simulcast area will open at 8:30 a.m. to accommodate early wagers for the 2015 Kentucky Derby.
