In a joint release, officials with Seelster Farms, Tara Hills Stud and Winbak Farm announced on Monday (April 16) that the ice storm that wreaked havoc across southern Ontario affected the operation of the respective breeding nurseries.
In the release, the trio of breeding operations stated that they will not be able to collect and ship semen on the Monday due to the ice storm, which has caused widespread power outages in Ontario.
