Chapter 1.7 Section 3 at the Wayne Preszcator Stable located at Victory Lane Farms, back barn, 1046 Concession 6 West, Millgrove, Ontario LOR 1V0 commencing at 2:30 pm on Wednesday March 10, 2010 to satisfy unpaid board, training and related expenses owing to R. Wayne Preszcator of R.R. #1, Station Main, Exeter, Ontario NOM 1S4 amounting to $38,979.56 as of January 31, 2010, which charges are continuing, plus costs.
