This Friday (Nov. 8), fans can watch the world’s greatest racing while dining on authentic Cuban-American cuisine in ‘Pink’ at the Meadowlands Racetrack.
The buffet is $29.95 and features classic flavours of Cuba along with traditional American cuisine. The Cuban-themed station includes plantains, rice and beans and fresh-pressed Cuban sandwiches with slow-roasted pork, ham, tangy mustard, pickle and Swiss cheese. Guests looking for more traditional fare can enjoy harvest minestrone soup, roasted leg of lamb, grilled salmon and penne primavera.
The $39.95 Saturday buffet features another delicious menu with lobster bisque, garlic-brown butter roasted sirloin, sweet Thai chili Salmon and pasta with pumpkin sage cream.
