The Atlantic Provinces Harness Racing Commission is requesting submissions for changes to the APHRC rules.
The APHRC is seeking suggestions for changes to the APHRC rules that would be presented and reviewed by the rules committee for potential amendments in 2020.
Please submit your suggestions in writing on or before November 30, 2019 to:
