The Ontario Harness Horse Association has announced that it will be relocating its offices, and it has also released the details regarding its annual membership meeting
.
OHHA is moving its offices to a new location, and the scheduled moving dates are November 16, 17 and 18, 2011. It is expected the move will take approximately three days to complete and OHHA is anticipating a temporary discontinuation in phone/fax and email services on Thursday, November 17.
OHHA is asking for its members’ patience during the move, and would like to express its commitment to having all membership services restored as soon as possible.
OHHA's new mailing address is: 35 Crawford Crescent, PO Box 429, Campbellville, ON L0P 1B0. The new office is located just across the street from OHHA's current location, and there will be no changes to numbers/addresses for phone, fax, email, and web.
In regard to it's annual meeting, OHHA has announced that the meeting is scheduled for Saturday, January 28, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. at the Delta Meadowvale Hotel and Conference Centre (Hazel McCallion Rm.), 6750 Mississauga Rd., Mississauga, Ont.
