Officials with Red Shores have announced that the post times for the weekend cards of harness racing have been pushed back later in the afternoon.
Red Shores Racetrack & Casino at the Charlottetown Driving Park will be adjusting the 12:30 p.m. scheduled post times on Saturday, Oct. 21 and Sunday, Oct. 22 back to 2 p.m.
The move is due to the forecasted heavy rain over nights and early mornings The new post times will also support track maintenance, the integrity of the racing surface and safety of the equine athletes and drivers. The cards feature the Home Hardware Maritime Breeders Stakes.
