Trainer Walter Walker's starters were flawless on Wednesday evening at Inverness Raceway winning each and

every race they headlined. The local horseman went three-for-three during the eight-race program.

Three-year-old Camluck son Western Troubadour ($2.90) set the tone for the Walker stable with a maiden-breaking score in the first race by more than six lengths in 2:02.3. Veteran pacer The Sue Connection ($14.50) held on for a half-length score in his fifth race assignment, winning in 1:58 flat. Finally, seven-year-old pacer Truth Or Dare cruised to a 1:57.3 triumph in the seventh event, winning by one and a quarter lengths.

Ryan Campbell drove all three winners and picked up another victory aboard the Stanley Harper Jr. pupil Samys Star for the grand slam.

Walker's triple gives him seven wins on the year in 15 starts for a .548 training average. The resident of Inverness is just four career wins away from 100.
