Standardbred Canada has announced that Paul Lavers, chief executive and co-founder of SportsDirect Inc., will be taking part in the Standardbred Wagering Conference

SportsDirect is an integrated digital media company that serves publishers, marketers, and consumers. SportsDirect's services offer stats, news and fantasy sports content, advertising opportunities and professional services for online media properties.

Along with Joe MacDonald, Lavers founded SportsDirect in 1995 while still a student.
The Standardbred Wagering Conference will be taking place at Caesars Windsor on Tuesday, April 28 and Wednesday, April 29.
Lavers will be speaking between 12:00 noon and 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
