It was a week that had been highly anticipated by Brittany Farms since the end of last breeding season

This past Saturday saw the Glidemaster first foal of the Breeders Crown and million-dollar-winning Possess The Magic. This was followed up last night (Thursday, March 19) by the first foal of the Hambletonian, Breeders Crown and two-million-dollar-winning Passionate Glide.
Passionate Glide had a Cantab Hall filly, Possess The Magic’s foal was a also a filly. Sandwiched in between the two fillies was another Glidemaster filly from Breeders Crown winner Flirtin Miss.
“These are the kind of weeks that can keep you going when things get a bit tough," said Brittany Farms manager Art Zubrod. "While Passionate Glide only missed her due date by four days, she had been quite uncomfortable for some time, so naturally we were all a bit concerned.”
Possess The Magic is booked to Deweycheatumnhowe for this season and Passionate Glide will return to Cantab Hall while Flirtin Miss is booked back to Glidemaster.
