Harness racing returned to Canada’s west coast Tuesday evening as Fraser Downs opened its doors and invited fans to take in a nine-race program that featured a three-win performance by driver Scott Knight.
Knight kicked off the program by taking the opener with Starry Eyes (1:59.4). After a second-place finish in Race 2 he came back to capture Race 3 with Drivers Seat (1:59). He tacked on a win in Race 7 with Sufferin Succotash (1:59) to bring his nightly total to three on the opening night card.
Racing returns to the British Columbia oval on Thursday evening beginning at 6 p.m.
