.

Scotch And Caviar advanced first-up from fourth after the half and wore down pacesetter St Giannis (Andy Miller) with a :28.3 final frame to capture his $12,500 series division in 1:56.4 by one and a quarter length. St Giannis stayed for second and I Like Strike (Ron Pierce) finished just ahead of favourite Pow (David Miller) in third.

Tetrick worked out another off-the-pace trip aboard Play Right in the following split. The even-money favourite got away fourth and made his move at the half, picking up cover from fellow first leg winner H And Ms Hit (Ron Pierce). H And Ms Hit reclaimed the lead from SOS Respect (Daniel Dube) in the stretch, but Play Right sprinted home in :28.3 for the victory, nosing out a hard-closing Fireside Chat (George Brennan) in a career-best 1:56.1. H And Ms Hit finished three lengths behind.

Play Right, a four-year-old son of Kadabra-Poetry, also remains perfect in two starts this year for trainer Anthony Montini and owner Scott West of Vernon, New York. The win was his fifth lifetime in 37 outings and pushed his earnings to $139,372.

Tetrick also sent the Ron Burke-trained mare Aachoo first up to win his division by two and a half lengths in 1:56.1. The daughter of Keystone Nordic-Shoveys Lovey, who finished second by a neck last week to Invocation, is owned by Burke Racing Stable LLC of Fredericktown, Howard Taylor of Penn Valley and Weaver Bruscemi LLC of Canonsburg, Pennsylvania. The winner of $46,865 lifetime has won 11 times in 28 starts.

Beautiful Legacy (1:55.3), Clear The Air (1:57.3) and Custom Tag (1:58.1) were also second leg winners.
