Agreement

This agreement is between the above mentioned account holder and Standardbred Canada (SC). I agree to use this for personal use only, and I understand that the rights to use this service are personal, non-transferable and non-exclusive. The information provided above is accurate. If SC has grounds or reason to believe that the information provided above is not accurate, SC has the right to refuse or terminate all use of TrackIT. Information obtained by using TrackIT will not be reproduced, duplicated, sold, copied, resold or exploited for any commercial purposes. Each account is limited to use by one person only. My password will be kept confidential, and I acknowledge that sharing my password with anyone else will result in immediate termination of service.
