The Raceway at the Western Fair District’s Saturday, Dec. 31 program was highlighted by the $6,000 Auld Lang Syne Pace and the $6,000 Auld Lang Syne Trot, which gathered the oldest Standardbreds on the grounds.

Red Leaf Morgan won the Pace in near-wire-to-wire fashion as the 5-2 third choice, going a 2:00 mile over Stir And Serve and Sandys Candy.

The 12-year-old Artist Stena horse from the Camtastic mare Tarport Cam won his 38th race out of 284 starts in his career, compiling $218,863 in earnings for owner Rebecca Williamson. Trained by James Riehl and driven by Travis Henry, he paid $7.20.

Off a claim by Richard Moreau, trotter Incredable Frank coasted home as the 1-5 choice despite traveling a first-over trip, advancing to a 2:02.4 win over Weskey and Deck The Halls.

An eight-year-old gelding by Oaklea Julian from the Tungsten mare Bella Figura, Incredable Frank won his 24th race in 168 starts, earning $226,798 for owners Lynn Cameron and Gabriel Moreau. Driven by Alfred Carroll, he returned $2.60.
