Standardbred Canada's editors reserve the absolute discretion to delete or to edit any comment, especially those that:
1. Use inappropriate language or innuendo not suited for a family audience.
2. Do not directly relate to the subject of the article or blog the comment was associated with.
3. Make a claim or refer to an event or interaction, whether true or untrue, that has not been editorially verified.
4. Make a statement about an individual or organization that could be considered in any way malicious, slanderous or unfair.
5. Use the website to further an agenda rather than for fair and honest discourse.
6. Divulge personal or confidential information about others.
7. Make an effort to monopolize a thread or discussion.
8. Belittle or insult a writer, subject or the authors of other comments.
9. Misrepresent the author of the comments as someone else.
10. Are written in such a way that makes them difficult to understand or interpret.
11. Comments written in all capital letters will not be posted.
