Records Set In Xtreme Sprint Elims

August 9, 2008

Coming out of the $10,000 eliminations for the Xtreme Sprint races on Saturday night as part of Xtreme Horsepower at Georgian Downs, someone was guaranteed honours as a world record holder.

In the first $10,000 Xtreme Sprint, Aaron Byron continued his tear with his third win in the first four races aboard favoured Pacific Mariner, who ran off and hid from his foes, pacing three-eighths of a mile in :40.2 over the off track.
