Within the search text field the exact name of the horse or its Tattoo can be entered. Keywords greater than 4 characters can be entered with or without spaces. Wild cards can be used to find partial words.

The following characters count as wild cards:

* - 0 or more wildcard characters. For example:

ARMB* - Would match ARMBRO or ARMBIT.
ARMB*T - Would match ARMBRO T or ARMBIT
May* - Would match May
Mar* - Would match March

All searches have an implicit * added at the end.
? - Represents one wildcard in that location. For example:

Ma? - Would match May.

Wild card characters cannot be used in searches of less than 4 characters in length.
