1. The Ajax Downs Pick 8 Online Contest will be conducted on Sunday August 26th, 2018.
The contest will open a minimum of two days prior to the August 26th race date and close at 11.30 a.m. (EST) on the contest day. No purchase necessary.

There is no cost to register. Contest is open to individuals 18 years of age or older as of the date of registration and has Internet access at time of registration. The contest is void in whole where prohibited by law.

2. The contest will close for entries at 11.30 a.m. (EST) on Sunday, August 26, 2018.

3. The winner will be the player with the highest bankroll based on a $2 win and $2 place mythical wager on the horses he/she selects for the Ajax Downs – Sunday, August 26, 2018 races #1, #2, #3, #4, #5, #6, #7, #8.

a) In the event of a tie, the person who selects the most winners on the card will be used to determine the winner. (if there is still a tie, a random draw will be used)

b) In the event of a scratch, the person will receive the post time favourite.

4. Only one entry will be accepted per individual and email address. Multiple entries will result in immediate disqualification. Ajax Downs reserves the right to disqualify any contestant which Ajax Downs believes has submitted more than one entry. Submissions with incomplete, bogus or invalid names and or email addresses will not be accepted.

5. Ajax Downs employees, Ontario Racing employees or any AGCO employees are not eligible for this contest.

6. No faxed, mailed or phone-in entries are allowed.

7. Ajax Downs assumes no responsibility for lost, late, misdirected, ineligible or mutilated entries. Ajax Downs is not responsible for lost, interrupted or unavailable hardware or software or telephone transmission or technical failures, garbled or jumbled transmission or other errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical or electronic. Once submitted entries become the sole property of Ajax Downs and will not be returned.

8. Ajax Downs reserves all right to interpret all questions and conditions in regard to this contest.

9. Anything not covered in these rules will be ruled on by the management of Ajax Downs and their decision will be final and binding.

10. Contestants, by entering the contest, agree to be bound by the above rules and regulations.

11. Prizes will be awarded to the top three finishers for this contest. Prize monies are as follows:
