Hall of Fame Tickets On Sale Now!

Enjoy a night of excitement and inspiration at the 2008 Canadian Horse Racing Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony & Silent Auction as the newest Hall of Fame Members are honoured and celebrated.

The 2008 Induction Ceremony & Silent Auction will take place at the Mississauga Convention Centre on Thursday, August 28, 2008.

This year's Ceremony will celebrate the induction of standardbred inductees Peaceful Way, Real Desire, Cliff Chapman Jr. and Pierre Levesque along with thoroughbred counterparts Smart Strike, Wilderness Song, Louis Cauz and Robert Tiller.

The Hall of Fame welcomes Jim Bannon as Master of Ceremonies noted Canadian actor Nicholas Campbell, the popular star of the long-running television drama series Da Vinci's Inquest. Campbell is an ardent enthusiast of horse racing, especially near his home track, Hastings Park in Vancouver.

The evening entails a reception and silent auction commencing at 5:30 p.m. and ceremonial dinner at 7:00 p.m. Tickets are now on sale and cost $150 per person or $1500 for a table sponsorship. All proceeds will benefit the Hall of Fame.
