For the next five weeks Jay Wolf, Little Brown Jug Publicity Director, will rank the top ten eligibles for the Little Brown Jug presented by Fazoli’s.

Week #2 – August 12, 2014

1. Hes Watching (1:46.4; $996,734)

The son of American Ideal won the $255,525 Empire Breeders Classic at Tioga Downs (8/10) in 1:49.1 over JK Endofanera.

2. Mcwicked (1:47.3f; $843,398)
Owner: S S G Stables (NY)
Trainer: Casie Coleman
Driver: David Miller
Won a leg of the Pennsylvania Sire Stakes at Harrah’s Philadelphia (8/7) in 1:48.4. He was supplemented to the $400,000 Milstein Memorial at Northfield Park on Friday evening.

3. JK Endofanera (1:48.2; $1,049,063)
Owner: 3 Brothers Stables (NY)
Trainer: Ron Burke
Driver: Brian Sears
Finished four lengths behind Hes Watching in the Empire Breeders Classic Final. He became a millionaire with his second-place cheque

4. Somewhere In L A (1:50f; $313,605)

Driver: Brett Miller
Won a $70,882 leg of the PASS at Harrah’s Philadelphia (8/7) in a lifetime best 1:50.

5. Tellitlikeitis (1:48.4s; $513,917)
Owner: Lothlorien (ONT)
Trainer: Jimmy Takter
Driver: Brett Miller
Finished third in the leg of the PASS at Harrah’s Philadelphia (8/7). He was beaten by a length, timed in 1:50.2.

6. Lets Drink On It (1:48.3; $314,952)
Owners: Tina Seekman (IL), Larry Bond (IN), Hal Hewitt (KY) and Vincent Boido, Jr. (MI)
Trainer: Joe Seekman
Driver: Tyler Smith
Finished second to Mcwicked in the PASS (8/7) and was timed in 1:49.3.

7. At Press Time (1:48.2f; $325,903)
Owners: Burke Racing Stable LLC (PA) and Weaver Bruscemi LLC (PA)

Driver: Matt Kakaley and Yannick Gingras
Finished second in the leg of the PASS at Harrah’s Philadelphia (8/7). He was beaten by three lengths by Somewhere In L A.

8. Sometimes Said (1:50.1f; $378,820)

Driver: John Campbell/Tim Tetrick
The son of Well Said won his leg of the Pennsylvania Sire Stakes (8/7) in a lifetime best 1:50.1.

9. Jet Airway (1:50s; $262,292)

Has won three straight Ontario Sires Stakes Gold events.

10. Western Vintage (1:49.4; $398,625)

Trainer: Nancy Johansson
Drivers: Yannick Gingras and Brian Sears
The son of Western Ideal is the first alternate for the $400,000 Milstein Memorial. If he doesn’t get in the main event he will leave from Post 5 in the $100,000 consolation.
