The post position draw has been completed for this Saturday’s $60,000 Sobey’s Gold Cup & Saucer – the marquee race of the season at the Charlottetown Driving Park.
Machs Beach Boy, who captured Trial #3 on Monday evening, has drawn post two for trainer Brad Shakes while the Ron Burke-trained tandem of Escape The News, who took Trial #1 last Saturday, and Hillbilly Hanover, who blew away the competition in Trial #2 last Sunday, have drawn posts three and seven, respectively.
