Alberta Downs has issued a notice to all Alberta horsemen regarding biosecurity precautionary measures being taken at the Lacombe track due to recent Equine Herpes Virus-1 (EHV-1) cases in Ontario.
Alberta Downs race office would like to make all Alberta horsemen aware that there will be no water pails provided by the test barn by order of the Canadian Pari-Mutuel Agency (CPMA) as a precaution following recent outbreak of the virus(s) in Ontario.
