Antoinette ‘Toni’ Linden Passes At 104

It has been announced that Standardbred racehorse owner Antoinette ‘Toni’ L. Linden (nee Latessa) has passed away at the age of 104.

Toni was the beloved wife of the late Walter; stepmother of the late Walter Jr.; devoted grandmother of Tommy; devoted daughter of the late Donato and Antoinette Latessa); dear sister of Donato (Victoria), Gerald (Angeline) and the following deceased Joseph (Flora), Elio (Pauline), Victor (Doris) and Richard; dear sister-in-law of Shirley and Jonathon; dear friend of Frank Rich; and devoted aunt to many.

She enjoyed a wonderful life filled with family, friends and laughs. She sold real estate until she was 78 years old.

She was an avid Standardbred owner of Sly Attorney, a world record holder.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to The Hospice of the Western Reserve, 17876 St. Clair Ave., Cleveland, OH 44110.

Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10 a.m. Friday (June 15), at Holy Redeemer Church, 15712 Kipling Ave., Cleveland. Please meet at church. Interment at All Souls Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the Vitantonio-Previte Funeral Home, 5236 Mayfield Rd., Lyndhurst (east of Richmond Rd.), Thursday (June 14) from 3-7 p.m.
