The Michigan Standardbred Horse Sale Co. has regretfully announced that has cancelled the 2009 editions of the Classic Yearling and Fall Mixed Sales
.
A note of the company's website states that the economic climate in Michigan will no longer support the events.
The note on the website states that it is in the best interest of the industry, for both the seller and buyer, that all Michigan yearlings be sold in one event.
The company concludes the note by thanking its clients for their loyalty and support over the years and wishes them well in the future.
