In regard to Gabriella Sasso and Ronald Adams, they were each appealing ORC rulings which were issued on February 7, 2014 at Woodbine Racetrack. The ORC panel hearing the appeals ruled the following:
- Disclosure – the applications for further disclosure were denied as premature, without prejudice to subsequent applications based upon a change in circumstances;
- Stay – the applications for stays of the Rulings were denied without prejudice to subsequent applications based upon a change in circumstances;
- Appeal – the appeals against the hold of the purse monies were denied.
