Gulotta, whose Deo Volente Farms in Flemington is the newest breeding farm in New Jersey, plans to speak not only on the benefits of racetracks with video lottery terminals – racinos –to equine interests but also to the budgetary issues in the state.

“Many of the Standardbred Breeders & Owners Association of New Jersey directors will be attending the hearing to support Mike Gulotta, and we urge as many of our members as possible to do so as well,” said SBOANJ President Tom Luchento.
