Donald Perkins Passes

Standardbred horse owner Donald A. Perkins, of Hilliard, Ohio, passed away on Saturday, February 3 at the age of 67.

Perkins was the owner of Five Star Plumbing and Drains. He also owned Perkins Stables, enjoyed Standardbred racing and going to the casino and Disney World.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Edward and Martha Perkins; sisters, Linda and Karen; and brothers, Sam, Russell, Robert and Jimmy. He is survived by his loving wife of 44 years, Marilynn; daughter, Stephanie (David) Severance; siblings, Steven (Brenda), Kenneth, Joyce (Rick) Robinson and Barbara (Gary) Perry; sister-in-law, Patricia; granddaughter, Addison ‘Addy;’ nieces and nephews, Brittany and Andrew; and numerous loving relatives and close friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Mt. Carmel Hospice.

Family will receive friends on Tuesday (Feb. 6) from 3-6 p.m. at the Tidd Family Funeral Home With Crematory, 5265 Norwich St., Hilliard, OH 43026. Private family interment at Beaver Union Cemetery, Jackson, OH.
