On Friday, February 16, Meadowlands Racing & Entertainment is celebrating Chinese New Year with an Asian-inspired buffet in Pink Restaurant.
The Asian fusion buffet is $29.95 and features all the classic Asian-American dishes. Guests can start their night with wonton soup, steamed dumplings, spring rolls, and cold sesame noodles. Buffet entrees include shrimp with broccoli, sweet and sour beef, General Tso’s Chicken, and pork fried rice. Fortune cookies, almond cookies, and coconut cake are the perfect desserts to round out the delicious meal.
