The deadline is approaching for open enrollment for the Standardbred Breeders & Owners Association of New Jersey health insurance program for qualified drivers, trainers and grooms that are not currently insured.
Eligible participants must be enrolled by December 31, 20143 to qualify for 2015 coverage.
