Officials with Batavia Downs have released information pertaining to a guaranteed pool for an upcoming exotic wager at the track.
On Wednesday (Nov. 20), there will be a carryover of $1,135 in the Pick-5 at Batavia Downs, and a guaranteed pool of $4,000 has been announced for the Pick-5 wager that day.
The pool is part of the United States Trotting Association’s (USTA) Strategic Wagering Program and as such, free program pages are available on the USTA’s website.
The Pick-5 wager begins in Race 1 and runs through Race 5. It is a 50-cent base wager and if all five winners aren’t selected, the carryover amount will move to the Friday (Nov. 22) program.
Post time for Wednesday’s first race at Batavia will be at 5 p.m.
