‘Post Time with Mike and Mike,’ presented by BetAmerica, is excited to announce that it will have an exclusive show dedicated to the 2017 International Trot program that will be hosted by Yonkers Raceway.
The show will begin at its regularly scheduled time of 10:30 a.m..
‘Post Time’ will lead off the show with Alex Dadoyan of the SOA of New York to discuss the blockbuster card that Yonkers will offer on Saturday. The pair will discuss with Dadoyan what all has gone into making the race as successful as it is currently, while also finding out what it took to be able to comingle the pools with France.
Scott Zeron, the driver of 2017 Trotting Triple Crown winner Marion Marauder, will join the program to discuss his chances in the International Trot. Marion Marauder drew the rail for the one and one-quarter-mile event, and the pair will discuss with Zeron how he has prepared for the International Trot, which will feature a good amount of horses that have not participated in the United States.
Mike and Mike will feature a ‘handicappers' roundtable’ with a plethora of expert handicappers that will help dissect the entire card on Saturday. Garnet Barnsdale, Rich ‘The Natural’ Mattei, and Yonkers announcer John Hernan will be on board to help the pair with the card.
The International Trot program also features the finals of the 2017 New York Sire Stakes, which has been ultra competitive all year, and the end of year honours could determine who will make their way to the Breeders Crown at Hoosier Park on October 20-21 for the Breeders Crown eliminations.
