Priscilla Cass Passes

Priscilla Marie Cass, the wife of trainer Bill Cass, passed away peacefully at the Milton District Hospital this past Friday (January 19) at the age of 75.

Cherished wife of William ‘Bill’ Cass. Priscilla is predeceased by her two sons Jimmy (1978) and Joey (1987) and sister Carmel and brother in law Paul (Joanne); cherished sister of Joan Clements of Nova Scotia, Wally McNeil (Josephine) of Alberta; sister in law of Lorraine Vardy (Harold 1995) of Mississauga and Mary Rideout (Alphonse) of Shelburne; loving grandma to Rochelle Cass of British Columbia and great grandmother to Raiwyn Cass of British Columbia. Priscilla will be sadly missed by her many nieces and nephews as well as friends.

Bill and Priscilla were best known around the racetrack, as they have spent over 50 years being involved with Standardbred horse racing.

At Priscilla’s request, cremation has taken place and a Celebration of her Life will be held in the spring.
