Stall applications are now available for the upcoming 2014 live harness racing season at Hoosier Park Racing & Casino.

Stall applications must be received by Hoosier Park Racing and Casino’s race office by no later than February 7, 2014. Applications for stall space are required for both stalls in the barn area, as well as horsemen wishing to ship in to race at Hoosier Park. Horsemen receiving stalls will be notified of their allotment by mid-February.
Building upon the successes of the 2013 live race meet, Hoosier Park’s 21st season of live harness racing will kick off on March 28, 2014. Live racing at Hoosier Park Racing & Casino will follow a Friday, Saturday schedule the opening week, a Thursday, Friday, Saturday schedule the second week and then resume a Tuesday through Saturday schedule throughout the remainder of the meet. With a new, daily post time of 5:15 p.m. each night, the live racing season will be conducted through November 15, 2014.
Once again, Hoosier Park will solely host Indiana’s harness racing and offer an action-packed stakes season. Hoosier Park’s signature event, the $250,000 Dan Patch Invitational Pace, is slated for Saturday, August 9. Hoosier Park will also add a number of new stake races to their schedule for the 2014 season including the Nadia Lobell stakes for three-year-old filly pacers as well as the Moni Maker stakes for three-year-old filly trotters.
