Having the surname "White" was apparently one of the prerequisites needed to win a race on Sunday afternoon at Truro Raceway.

The Nova Scotia half-miler featured 13 races on Sunday, and six of them went to trainers with the surname "White".

Nicholas White sent out three winners on the card. He guided Nigma Bayama (2:02.3) to victory in Race 1 before watching Todd Trites click with stablemate T Js Clown (2:02.4) in Race 4. That trainer/driver duo also took Race 6 with Westward Vision (1:59.3).

Trainer/driver Hollis White enjoyed a pair of wins on Sunday afternoon thanks to wins with Sweet Baboo (2:03.2) in Race 2 and Indiana Wants Me (2:05.1) in Race 5.

Trainer Craig White capped off the card taking Race 13 with Beau Reba N (2:01.1). The pacer was driven to victory by David Carey.
