Woodbine Entertainment Group, the only Canadian organization to appear on this year's honour roll, has made Buildings magazine's "Who's Who" list for 2008.
Each year the editors of Buildings magazine hand-pick 44 organizations that in their view "are getting things done in truly remarkable ways." – slashing energy costs, improving customer service, building with the end-user in mind, investing heavily in employee training and development.
Since its inception in 1906 Buildings magazine has been recognizing companies and organizations that have helped define the commercial and institutional buildings industry.
"Buildings magazine honours WEG for its environmental stewardship and applauds its successes in energy and water conservation and for its recycling programs," said Jana Madsen, Managing Editor for Buildings magazine.
