The Executive Director of the Ontario Racing Commission (ORC) has issued a ruling imposing conditions on the license of driver and trainer Jack Moiseyev of Moffat, ON due to a significant history of whipping violations.
The conditions are that if he incurs any whipping related violation during a period of six (6) months, up to and including March 12, 2009, his license to drive shall be immediately suspended and/or a Notice of Proposed Order shall be issued, in addition to whatever penalties the Judges may impose for the specific offence.
Upon the completion of this probation period, Jack Moiseyev must meet with the Executive Director for a review.
