Cocktail Hour demonstrated once again that she has a real affinity for the Rockingham Park racing strip as she tied the track record for four-year-old trotting mares on Sunday.

Her effort marks the third time she has set or tied a Rockingham record in two seasons.

Trained and driven by Ivan Davies, Cocktail Hour won the featured $12,000 Trot in 1:55.1 to tie the record set by Abbey Craig on September 3, 2005.

As a three-year-old filly, Cocktail Hour set the new record of 1:57 on June 29, 2007 and then tied her mark on July 18, 2007.

The Fourth of July holiday weekend at Rockingham proved to be record setting for four-year-old mares of both gaits.

On July 4th Fox Valley Sage set the mark for pacers when she crossed the wire in 1:54.4 and then two days later, Cocktail Hour tied the mark for trotters.

The daughter of Credit Winner, who is owned by Douglas Hutchins Of Lyman, ME, now boasts lifetime earnings of $193,267.
