Steven O'Toole doesn't do anything half way. That's why when the co-owner of a big-city IT consulting firm caught the harness racing bug, he went out and assembled a 10-horse stable and jumped in with both feet

O'Toole, who recently took part in a three-day U.S. Trotting Association Driving School at the Delaware County Fairgrounds, has also joined on as a member of the Illinois Harness Horseman's Association's board of directors.

"The first horse he buys, the first race it runs for him as an owner it wins," O'Toole's wife, Janeth, was quoted as saying. "Who would have thought that? Now? There's no end in sight."
