Sweet Sweet Rosco earned his first win of the season with a wire-to-wire effort in the featured Winners Over Pace on Saturday afternoon at Northside Downs.
Owned and trained by Lorne Grant, Sweet Sweet Rosco won the $1,100 top class in 1:57.4 over Silver Dragon and Le Fugueur in rein to Adam Lynk. The gelded son of The Panderosa paid $22.90 for the 10-1 upset.
Sweet Sweet Rosco was victorious in his third start of the season following third and fourth-place finishes to start his five-year-old campaign.
