Michel Bourgault, president of the breeders’ division of Association Trot et Amble du Québec (ATAQ), along with its directors, are very pleased with the initiatives undertaken by the Québec Jockey Club and its president Tony Infilise, in bringing back horse racing to Québec.
In its release, he ATAQ stated that it encourages the Jockey Club to pursue its efforts of offering the best racing programs possible.
