The betting public was all over Kinda Naughty in Thursday afternoon’s $9,950 feature at Saratoga Casino Hotel, and the Stephen La Belle trainee didn’t disappoint her backers.
Sent off as the 7-5 favourite, Kinda Naughty shot to the top from Post 3 for driver Frank Coppola, Jr. and once on the lead she sliced out splits of :28.3, :58 and 1:28 before cruising home in :30.3 to win by 1-3/4 lengths over Hollywood Jess in 1:58.3. Camp Speedy rounded out the Triactor ticket.
The four-year-old daughter of Conway Hall-Take Credit won for the second time this season and for the 10th time in her career. Labelle Livery LLC of Saratoga Springs, NY owns the winner of $69,229.
