Chris Connor On Calling The Races

This Monday, former WEG broadcast team member Chris Connor will make an appearance in the announcer's booth for the matinee card at Fredericton Raceway

.

Connor tells the Daily Gleaner how he got started with announcing and what he'll bring to his race calls for the Holiday Monday card.

"I don't try to sound like anybody else," said Connor. "I just try to do my thing, and bring some passion and some excitement."
