Political Foe posted a 1:56.4 victory in the $100,000 Delaware Standardbred Breeders Fund final for three-year-old colt and gelding trotters on Tuesday (April 7) at Dover Downs.

Trainer Eddie Dennis was in the sulky as the son of Political Briefing-Paris Filly scored by two lengths over Perfect Vangogh (Tony Morgan) with Go Byem (Les Givens) third.

The victory was the third in four starts this year for Political Foe. His season's earnings climbed to $70,000 with the victory. The heavy favourite in the wagering, Political Foe paid $3.40 to win. He's owned by Stephanie and Brian Cassell of Gloucester, Ont.
