NJ Court Reverses Steroid Ruling

According to an article on philly.com, the New Jersey Racing Commission will be able to go ahead and adopt new steroid rules. The implementation of the rules had been prevented last year via a ruling from a state appeals court

The report indicates that a New Jersey state appeals court has reversed its decision from last year. The appeal had been filed last year by the New Jersey Thoroughbred Horsemen's Association, which claimed that the rules had been adopted before a study on the topic had been completed.
