Russ Moulton, who suffered a badly broken leg earlier this month, is improving nicely

The head of the NCRHHA was seen in the Rideau Carleton Raceway clubhouse last night. While confined -- for now -- to a wheel chair, Moulton told Rideau’s Norm Borg that his right leg is healing well from recent surgery.
Moulton, 62, suffered multiple fractures to his leg while leading a horse to the paddock for morning qualifiers.
