Race-favourite and rail-starter Traceur Hanover circled to the lead past the quarter and held on by a half length to win again in the $30,000 feature at Woodbine Mohawk Park on Saturday, March 16.

Physicallyinclined cleared control from post seven past a :28.2 opening quarter before yielding to Traceur Hanover entering the backstretch. The Benoit Baillargeon trainee paced to the half in :56.3 and continued on the lead as Isitfridayyet surged first over from sixth into a 1:25.2 third quarter.

Isitfridayyet stalled into the stretch as the field sprinted to the wire. Physicallyinclined veered out of the pocket to give pursuit to Traceur Hanover but settled for second in the 1:52.4 mile while Brodys Scrapper rallied to finish within a length of the winner in third.

A seven-year-old son of Western Ideal, Traceur Hanover won his 29th race from 117 starts, earning $864,249. Chris Christoforou drove the $4.50 winner for owner Richard Berthiaume.

Leading-trainer Richard Moreau collected three wins on the Saturday program, taking the bookends of the card plus one. He sent Revenue Agent ($6.60) in the opener to a near-wire-to-wire win by three-and-a-quarter lengths in 1:58.4. Moreau's second win came towards the end of the card when American Virgin ($10.90) wired a $20,000 pacing event in 1:52.4. Maroma Beach ($13.70) completed the Saturday-night hat trick in the nightcap, winning a $24,000 conditioned pace by two-and-three-quarter lengths in 1:52.1.
