Wildcat Cam went from last to first during the final half-mile in the $6,650 Winners Over Handicap Pace at Rideau Carleton Raceway to complete a Sunday night training triple for Jamie Copley.

While odds-on favourite Jenkins Creek (Guy Gagnon) led the field through fractions of :28.3, :57.4 and 1:27.3, driver Tyler Moore sent Wildcat Cam on the move from the back of the seven-horse field, sweeping three-wide at the third quarter mark to score the 1:57.2 victory over the 'good' track. Wildcat Cam collared the first-up Crafty Master (Louis-Philippe Roy) to win by three-quarters of a length. Nobettorplacetobe (Denis St. Pierre) emerged from rest of the pack to earn third-place honours.

Overlooked at odds of 12-1, Wildcat Cam returned $27.80 to his faithful backers as he notched his third victory (from five starts) in the Winners Over class this year. The six-year-old Camluck gelding is owned by Jamie Copley and Ryan Copley.

Moore also drove trotter Taurus Du Parc ($9.70) and pacing mare Olivias Way ($4.30) to victories during the 12-race card for the Copley Stables.
