Letter Of Intent Published

As part of its information session on Friday (February 10), Ontario Racing published the executed Letter Of Intent (LOI), the nonbinding legal document which underpins the proposed long-term funding agreement for horse racing in Ontario.

Not to beat a dead horse, but it looks like additional funding to sustain the industry will be coming from increased slot revenue.
Is this not just another form of the slots at racetracks program?
It only took them 5 years to figure out what was already working for the 13 years from 1999-2012!
