Baymount Incorporated has announced that they are looking to raise another $1.5 million to build and develop Quinte Exhibition and Raceway in Belleville, Ontario.
Foxbusiness.com has reported that Baymount is offering up to $1.5 million of units at price of $0.035 per unit.

My aren't they generous, offering additional shares. This continues to be a "too good to be true" opportunity for Eastern Ontario horsemen. It really is too bad that Belleville did not jump on this years ago and we would be thriving like Western Fair or Grand River are now!! Horsemen would be filling their barns instead of emptying them.
2010 maybe ?? Maybe not?? Horsemen how long can you wait?
Suspicious may or may not be
Suspicious may or may not be the word to describe Baymount's searching for more money at this late, (very late) stage of the game.
I would call it disturbing, very disturbing.
At the beginning, was there due diligence to determine if Baymount was adequately financed and could perform as required?
Baymount must explain why additional funds are now needed!
My wife and I would dearly
My wife and I would dearly love to invest in the Baymont Corp But we are a little worried as to why it is asking for more moeny also as so many people are.This project should have been well on its way and racing should have been going on.At the very least the old trck should never have been shut down untill the new track was ready to begin racing.It looks like it will never be a go but that is yet to be seen......I would hope the CTA and ORC step in and look at what is going on here.

OH OH this is starting to look suspicious...it hasn't even barely started and already they are looking for more money...what's up with that!!! Not long ago they just raised money, now they are already looking for more and construction hasn't even taken off!!!!

Ok, Baymount Corp., please explain why anyone should invest in your share offering. Additionally, what is the timeline for the completion of construction of Belleville Raceway, when will live racing start, and what is your projected share price 10 years hence.
